Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information unless ICCP specifically requests it through an approved secure method.
2. How We Collect Information
We may receive information directly from you, from your employer or another authorized representative, through email or telephone communications, through the website’s readiness-request form, through the Zoom scheduler, from contractor-prequalification platforms you authorize us to access, and from service providers that support our operations.
The readiness-request form prepares an email in your email application. Information entered into that form is transmitted when you choose to send the resulting email.

- Protect ICCP, customers, platforms, and others from fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity;
- Improve the website, services, and customer experience; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
4. How We Disclose Information
ICCP does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
We may disclose information:
- To service providers supporting website hosting, email, scheduling, video meetings, document storage, accounting, information security, and other business functions;
- To contractor-prequalification platforms, hiring clients, insurers, trainers, advisers, or other parties when directed or authorized by the Customer;
- To professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers when reasonably necessary;
- To comply with law, legal process, a regulatory request, or a valid government demand;
- To protect rights, safety, property, systems, or the integrity of ICCP services; or

ICCP does not authorize service providers to use information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to ICCP, except as permitted by their own terms and applicable law.
5. Zoom Scheduling and Meetings
The website embeds a scheduler provided by Zoom Communications, Inc. When you view or use the scheduler, Zoom may collect or process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Zoom may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical, contact, scheduling, and meeting information.
You may review the Zoom Privacy Statement. You may also open the Zoom scheduling page in a separate window rather than use the embedded scheduler.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website host and embedded third-party services may use cookies, logs, pixels, or similar technologies needed to operate, secure, measure, or improve their services. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may prevent the embedded scheduler or other features from working properly.
ICCP does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising on this website.
7. Data Retention
ICCP retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet platform or customer requirements, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods vary by information type and business need.
When information is no longer reasonably required, ICCP may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal and operational limitations.
8. Data Security
ICCP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no website, email system, internet transmission, cloud service, or electronic storage method is completely secure. ICCP cannot guarantee absolute security.
Customers should provide platform access through authorized user permissions whenever possible rather than sharing another person’s credentials.
9. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact ICCP to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under ICCP’s control. You may also request that ICCP stop nonessential marketing communications. ICCP may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law, necessary to complete a transaction, or needed to establish or defend legal rights.
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. ICCP will evaluate verified requests under the laws that apply to the request.
10. Business Records and Customer Instructions
When ICCP processes information for a business customer, the customer is responsible for having authority to provide the information and instruct ICCP regarding its use. Employees or representatives seeking rights concerning information controlled by their employer may need to direct the request to that employer.
11. Children’s Privacy
The website and ICCP services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and ICCP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.
12. External Links
The website may link to Zoom, credential-verification services, contractor platforms, or other third-party websites. ICCP does not control their privacy, security, or content. Review the applicable third-party policies before providing information.
13. United States Operations
ICCP is based in Ohio, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States by ICCP and its service providers. If you access the website from another jurisdiction, its data-protection rules may differ.
