Custom safety programs reasonably required for the covered platform and hiring-client connection are included within the agreed scope. Platform subscriptions, insurance, training delivery, additional platforms, additional hiring-client connections, employee-level requirements, field implementation, and work unrelated to platform prequalification are priced separately. Final scope is confirmed before work begins.

The business problem

Compliance delays can become revenue delays.

When a hiring client requires enrollment in a contractor prequalification platform, incomplete questionnaires, expired documents, missing programs, or unresolved review comments can prevent a capable contractor from moving forward.

ICCP organizes the requirements, identifies the gaps, and helps your team move each item toward resolution.

Focused support

Start with the requirement in front of you.

Dedicated support for major contractor prequalification platforms, written-program gaps, and recurring account obligations.

A controlled process

From unclear requirements to accountable next steps.

Every engagement begins by understanding the hiring-client requirement, the contractor’s current documentation, and the deadline—not by promising an outcome controlled by someone else.

Customers are responsible for providing all necessary business information and identifying a primary and secondary contact for ICCP. Timely, responsive communication helps keep the process moving and supports faster qualification.

Why ICCP

Professional judgment—not generic document uploading.

Every ICCP engagement is performed or directly supervised by Patrick Ard, a Certified Safety Professional with more than 30 years of occupational safety and health experience.

Patrick brings experience from both sides of the prequalification process: working as a contractor responsible for meeting third-party requirements and as a hiring-client safety leader implementing third-party prequalification systems across multiple sites. This perspective helps ICCP anticipate the documentation, operational alignment, and scoring factors hiring clients evaluate—while recognizing that each platform and hiring client controls its own requirements and decisions.

Patrick also served as a Lead Assessor conducting RAVS Plus® assessments, evaluating whether contractor safety programs were effectively implemented in the field.

We evaluate requirements, identify meaningful gaps, and help contractors develop accurate documentation that reflects how their businesses actually operate. Technology may support the process, but professional judgment and accountability remain with an experienced safety practitioner.

J

Professional judgment

Requirements are evaluated against the contractor’s operations, hazards, and responsibilities.

C

Direct CSP oversight

Substantive safety deliverables and compliance recommendations receive professional review.

D

Defensible documentation

Policies and submissions should reflect actual practices—not simply satisfy a checklist.

ICCP is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, PEC, or other third-party platforms. Platform and customer approval decisions remain outside ICCP’s control.

Common questions

Before we begin.

Does ICCP guarantee approval or a specific grade?

No. Platforms and hiring clients establish their own requirements and make their own decisions. ICCP helps organize, prepare, and respond accurately; it does not guarantee an approval, grade, or contract award.

Can ICCP manage more than one platform?

Support can be scoped across multiple contractor prequalification platforms and hiring-client connections. Complexity, platform count, and deadlines are evaluated before a proposal is issued.

Will ICCP write missing safety programs?

Written program review, gap analysis, and development of needed programs are included in the Initial Prequalification work scope for one platform. Customers receive electronic copies of all documents submitted to the platform.

Note: Contractors are responsible for ensuring that submitted programs accurately represent how work is performed and cannot be treated as generic paperwork.

What information will we need to provide?

Requirements vary, but commonly include company information, insurance documents, OSHA statistics, experience-modification information, training records, policies, and hiring-client communications.
